Ribbon Cutting at Taylor Trading Company

A Pana Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Taylor Trading Co. located at 1 S. Locust on Friday, July 10th. Attending the ceremony were Sandy Sullivan of WMKR, George Taylor, Kim’s Husband, Raedena Ryan, First National Bank of Pana and Chamber Vice President, Kim Taylor, owner, Dodie Cohan of National Bank and Julie Knodle and Vicky Gullion both of the First National Bank of Pana. Hours of the new consignment store are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Owner Kim Taylor can be reached at 562-2211.

United in Faith Church Groundbreaking Ceremony

Congratulations to the members of the Presbyterian & St. John’s United Church of Christ! Members were present On Tuesday, July 14th at groundbreaking ceremony held at the new site of their United in Faith Church. The site is located on Cold Springs Road past Kitchell Park and just north of the Stanley Elvers Farm at the T intersection of Fair Grounds Road.
